You can book your stay online : just fill in your dates in the pink banner at the top of tha page and you will be redirected to our online booking platform. The whole process is very easy ! It's also possible to book over the phone by giving us a call at 00 33 549 862 123.

Which arrival days are possible ?

For our rentals : in peak season (July & August), you can arrive on a Wednesday, a Saturday or a Sunday. In low season, arrival days are free of choice. For our pitches : arrival days af free of choice.

From what time can we arrive ?

Our camping pitches are available from 2pm and our rentals from 4pm.

In order to have enough time to prepare the rental for the next arrival, we ask that you depart before 10am. For our camping pitches, we ask that you depart before 11am.

If you are going to be arriving outside of the reception opening hours (open until 5pm in low season and 8pm in high season), please give us a call and we will let you know what to do.

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompagnied by an adult.

Which means of payment do you accept ?

It is possible to pay via bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or by international bank transfer (we will send you our details). For payments on site (at the bar, the restaurant or the reception), it is possible to pay via bank card or with cash. Please bear in mind that we don't accept bank cards for transactions under 10€.

How do I go about paying for my stay ?

In order to confirm your booking, we ask for a 15% down payment. This can be paid via bank card (VISA or Mastercard) or by international bank transfer (we will send you our details). For the balance payment, it is due at the latest 30 days before your arrival. We will send an email to remind you about the balance payment.

What is tourist tax ? Who does it apply to ?

Collected by the local authorities, tourist tax is based on the number of participants and nights included in your stay. The tax applys to every participant over the age of 18, at 0.44€/day.

Our campsite is subject to environmental taxes : eco-participation applys to any person over the age of 5, at 0.30€/day.

How many vehicules are allowed per rental/pitch ?

We allow one vehicule per pitch/rental. Any additionnal vehicule implys an additional cost of 5€/day, and we ask for you to park the additional vehicule on the parking lot at the entrance of the campsite.

If you would like to book a specific pitch or pitches that are next to each other, you can add the option 'choice of pitch'.
Otherwise, you can of course let us know your preferences and we will do our best to accommodate them.

Where's the closest train station ? And the closest airport ?

Where's the closest train station ? And the closest airport ?

The closest SNCF train station is in Châtellerault, 20 minutes away from the campsite (20km). We are located at roughly the same distance from Poitiers-Biard airport (45min - 60km) and Tours Val de Loire airport (1hour - 90km).

Should we bring our own bed linen ?

We provide the duvets and pillows for every rental.
In our *** rentals, bed linen and towels aren't provided. If you want to make your stay a little easier, we can provide the bed linen and/or towels for you: when booking, just select the number of bed linen kits (12€/bed) or towel sets (8€/set) you will need.
In our **** and PREMIUM rentals, bed linen and towels are included free of charge (but you will need to add them to your booking).

We allow charcoal barbecues on site. Our rentals and pitches don't have individual barbecues but we have a barbecue area that you are free to use.

Do you allow dogs ?

We allow dogs on site and in the rentals (except 1st and 2nd category dogs) for 6€/day, upon request. They must be on a leash at all times and their vaccinations up to date. For the well-being of everyone on site, we ask for you to pay extra attention regarding noise disturbance and cleanliness. In any case, we ask that you not leave your dog(s) unsupervised, inside or out.

Yes, if you have booked a camping pitch and are in need of a fridge: we can rent one to you ! They are small fridges (95cm maximum height) at 5€/day. Due to limited stock, we ask that you book this option when booking your stay.
If you have booked a *** pitch with private sanitary facilities, a fridge will be provided in your individual washblock.

Yes, we rent baby kits that include a high chair and a baby cot and mattress for 6€/day. Due to limited stock, we ask that you book this option when booking your stay.
If you have booked a **** or PREMIUM rental, the baby kit is included free of charge (but you will need to add it to your booking).
Bed linen, duvet and pillow are not provided, please remember to bring your own.

We provide a bike rental service for 7€/day for an adult bike, and 5€/day for a child's bike. Please enquire at the reception.

The closest supermarket is in La Roche-Posay, 700m from the campsite. 5 minutes away, at Yzeures-sur-Creuse, there is another supermarket.

The covered pool is heated all season long.

We allow all types of swimwear. However, you are not permitted in the water with clothing not made specifically for swimming.

When do you organise entertainment on site ?

We organise a whole programme of activities on site during July and August. The miniclub is open during July and August too.

We offer a password protected WiFi connexion on the whole campsite. The price depends on the length of your stay, and the connxion codes can be purchased at the reception. A free WiFi connexion is available in the area around the bar.

How do you organise the departure for a rental ?

How do you organise the departure for a rental ?

We ask that you leave the rental tidy and clean all the rooms. Please make sure the washing up has been done and put away, the bins have been taken out and the fridge turned off and defrosted. We allow until 10am at the latest for departures, so once you are ready just come to the reception with your key. If you are looking for a hassle-free departure, you can always opt for departure cleaning (this option costs 80€).
If you have booked a PREMIUM rental, the departure cleaning is included free of charge.

For a hassle-free departure, we can manage the cleaning for you. However, please remember that the cleaning fee is for a regular clean and does not mean that you can leave the rental in a mess. So we ask that you make sure the washing up has been done and put away, the bins have been taken out and the fridge turned off and defrosted. This option can be booked when booking your stay and up to 48 hours before departure.
